maylands - the gym
body 2 soul fitness was a very small gym in maylands me and my friends used to go to. it had no windows, music, or people, which was a nice change from the spectacle.

soon i realised that the best part of going to the gym was the half-kilometre run there and back. i would run to the gym, then run on the treadmill, and then run home. then i realised i didnt need a gym subscription to run. i could run just about anywhere that i wanted.
the world used to just be my playground, but but now it is also my gym.
