maylands - dosa art
dosa art was an indian restaurant near kirkham field with over 200 dishes which were either pretty good or very bad, and always somewhat baffling. your food might come out as a banquet of curries or a small savoury donut with the texture of magic-sand. often when you ordered something it came as a gigantic cracker in the shape of a wizards hat
there would always be someone on the table whose food took an extra 45 minutes for them to make. but we kept going there, almost every week.
